Hi,

How easy is it to get insurance cover for the Carver One in the UK?

Does it have to be from a specialist insurance company?

Any suggestions...

Cheers,
Frank.

We have a few members from the UK who own the Carver, and they should be able to help you out.

But, seriously, I don't think it should be too difficult. It should be just as easy as getting insurance on ANY car or motorcycle, actually.

By the way, Welcome to the club! wel;co;m;e101))

After a few phone calls where the Carver obviously wasn't on the normal list of vehicles, I got cover from Adrian Flux Insurance Services on 08700 772 233

As the Carver One is not on the standard car insurance list of vehicles, I was able to obtain insurance cover through Adrian Flux Insurance Services, kit car department, King's Lynn. on 0844 8888 703 (they have various numbers listed on documentation) Website: www.adrianflux.co.uk (http://www.adrianflux.co.uk)

I just wish I could get one here in the states. As it standards I'll likely have to wait a few years for one of the U.S. manufacturer's to offer something similar. Sigh ! ! !
