Well, I was just watching the famous Top Gear-Carver One video and I kinda had an epiphany. You know how people while driving to work will be on the cell phone, eating breakfast, be drinking coffee, reading the newspaper, texting, etc. Well I figure that would be pretty hard to do while your tilting dr:ive1). In a car you sitting up and can do these sorts of things while driving , but in the Persu Hybrid it would be very difficult to even drive with one hand in a turn let alone text. On straight aways you may be able to ,but in the city or even on long winding roads in the country it would be very difficult to do those things which are mostly illegal anyway. This would also result in better and safer driving. :)
agr:1 The other thing is that most people who will be the "first adopters" are those who are familiar with or drive motorcycles. They are definitly defensive drivers by nature. wel;co;m;e101))

I think we need input from someone that has driven a tilter. I think it would be easier to do things you shouldn’t because you aren’t being thrown around in the curves. The “G” force would be pushing you and anything in your hand down towards your seat even when turning corners. Your cellphone wouldn’t be throne across the vehicle in the curves it would just fall in your lap.
Carver people, who’s right???

It's not the Persu Hybrid or Dagne personality one has to look out for. It's always the other guy in the conventional vehicles. Although, the joystick steering on the Dagne will make it easier for the multi-tasking driver to cell chat, eat, drink, read, text, do make up and change the baby.

Well, you do have a point there Earl. I would think even though the G forces would be forcing down into your lap that you'd still not be able to do those sorts of things because of the way it drives. You would have to give all your attention to driving it. The forces down in the Persu or Dagne would be just as intense as the forces sidways in a regular car of the same weight and speed right? Like when you go through the bottom of a roller coaster loop your forced down because of the G-forces. Of course not as intense, lol. It's hard to eat on a roller coaster, why not in a Persu or dagne. Though you could still use bluetooth.

You Guys just relax,
a tilting vehicle (like the Carver One) will drive hands off straight like any other car when the road is straight, only in turns You will need to hold the steering wheel as it intends to return to neutral as in a conventional car.
So You can have Your coffee easily, and even in the tightest turn You wont spill it!

Does it really matter to the Driver of this Smartcar what he or she was doing, right before they ran out of room. Looking at the hood of the red truck, it put up a heck of fight.

That's one very large crumple zone.
