(Lighting up another cheap cigar).

I don't drive with the radio on or CDs playing. Just not my style. But I think I'd have to take at least one autumn blast through the Kettle Moraine in my new V1 with some kind of soundtrack cranked up. I've already decided it will be Radar Love by Golden Earring. (http://www.last.fm/music/Golden+Earring/_/Radar+Love)

What will you be listening to?

I know you all are gonna laugh, but I'll be playing "Colorado Rocky Mountain High" sung by John Denver. I know, I'm a cornball!

I will probably be playing a cd of my own mix including:

Dangerzone
fly like an eagle - Steve Miller
We Will Rock You - Queen
I believe I can fly - ( I know he is a perv) R kelly
I wanna be a rock star - nickleback
I will have to think of some more but that is just a few.

What about Ride of the Valkyries by Wagner - for you classical buffs.:D

Or how about "Icarus" by The Paul Winter Consort, for those more sedate flights?

For hitting the highway hard, I still haven't heard anything better than ZZ Top's "La Grange"

I always liked the music from "Iron Eagle" over "Top Gun."

"One Vision" by Queen.
"Gimme Some Lovin" (technically not on the soundtrack, but in the movie)

I don't need no steenkeen rad-e-ooh.

I got enough stuff rattlin round my head to last two lifetimes.

But if you gotta know

80's British stuff like Ah Ha

70's Eagles and America

Moody Blues "Sitting at the Wheel" comes immediately to mind. Great driving song. Of course, the techno soundtrack from the German film "Run Lola Run" would be just as cool.

Ian didn't post. I just saw his name in the "currently active members" box. Guess he was "Lurking".

I have also been doing some thinking about probably some kind of techno like the soundtrack from the movie Hackers.

Atom Bomb by Fluke.
or, The Donegal Set by The Chieftains.
(yes, I have quite the varied taste in music.)

I like all the music that everybody picked and I like so many songs.
I checked my 14 GB of iTunes and found some old and new, too many to lists but I settled with Lenny Kravitz, Fly Away http://www.last.fm/music/Lenny+Kravitz/_/Fly+Away

Speaking of which, I certainly hope there's an iPod adaptor or at least an auxiliary input jack in the V1! =y:

First I'd get behind the wheel and fire up a high energy mix and just fly...

Underworld-"Born Slippy" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlLWFa1b1Bc)
(especially at 1:08)

Emma Shapplin-"Spente Le Stelle (Opera Trance)" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht2SZWpvVBo)

Sunscreem-"Portal" (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0013ALGRM/ref=dm_mu_dp_trk1?ie=UTF8&qid=1210116340&sr=1-1)
(Actually, I'd play the entire O3 album)

DJ Keoki-"Go Speed Go!" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSrZlBwfE9Y)

Maybe I'd even fire up the 'ol Matrix soundtrack.

Then... for the ride back, I'd bring it down a bit and load up nice mix of fun driving music:

Angels and Airwaves
Shiny Toy Guns
Catch 22
We are Scientists
Blink 182
