Chip.................can you address what your industry preferance would be on classifying enclosed cabin three wheelers and whether or not Elio Motors is working to amend National and State definitions of motorcycles as it affects this new class of vehicles?
I assume your company would be making preliminary effots in this legal area to eliminate any confusion for either your company or potential customers by the time your Elio Trikke hits the market. Perhaps there is a universal format club members could use in their respective states. Maybe these issues have been addressed but I would like to hear your take on it. Thanks.
