Mark,
Yeah, I first seen that when it was mentioned on the CanAm SpyderLovers website. It IS really cool looking, but it costs $55,000. A little too steep for my blood!

Yeah, to much coin for me too but I can see me rolling up to the local watering hole on bike night and doing two or three smoky donuts in the parking lot...

Hey, when I get my CanAm SE5 Spyder in September, I'll be doing a few of those smoky donuts around town! I am really chomping at the bit to get it, but they are telling me now that they won't be releasing them until the end of September. Plus, they just came out with a RED model, which I THINK I like better than the Millennium Yellow which I ordered. Oh, well, at least I know I'll have this in my drive before the V1 comes out!

Here is a YouTube video of it:

(don't want to take the time to learn how to 'embed it') right now.
Doesn't look like this thing has any 'tilt' of the body or the front wheels. I guess its only saving graces are the low CG and the wide fat tires.

I looked at the Spyder website. I would probably get the silver but of the three colors, the yellow would make you more visible to the tunnel sighted cages you will share the road with. As a new rider, that is something you should consider. You should also consider having eyes implanted in the back of your head. 360 radar wouldn't hurt either! :RADAR:
I hope you have a blast on it! Be sure and post lots of pics when you get it!

I intend on devoting an entire thread to just photos and videos of me and my new Spyder! I'm sure you will all just love it.........not! But, seriously, I will post a lot of photos the moment I go and pick it up in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Like I said, I cannot wait to get it, and I'm hoping each email is gonna be from the dealer telling me that mine has arrived!

I think if I were going to spend that kind of money I would much rather own a T-rex at least until the V1 is for sell!
