'FIAT' 400cc PENDOLINO, was a 2007 'Concept' scooter (2F1R) that might be an option to drive to the local store for a loaf of bread or gallon of milk, if its raining and your V~1 (EV model) is being 'charged'.

Hey, I actually kind of like that little thing! Actually, I think I would rather have THAT vehicle over the Spyder which I have on order. The main reason is because it is fully enclosed. Let's keep an eye on this one!

Wow, it doesn't look very stable just sitting there. How hard could it be to tip it over when parked?

Actually, it does look kind of top-heavy! I think the two front tires need to be spread apart a little more for stability. But it reminds me of the Piaggio MP3, except fully enclosed.

Well personally I think it looks ugly. That is just my opinion! But it all fairness it may look top heavy, but looks can be deceiving! For a good example of this check out the Tango by going to http://www.commutercars.com/ check out stability and click on the videos!

Well, I don't think it is the BEST looking vehicle out there, but I DO think it would be nice to have as a little commuter vehicle that can be used all year long. Notice that it has TWO wheels in front and only ONE wheel in the back. The Tango has 4 wheels on it from what I could tell. At any rate, the more vehicles on the market like this, the better we will be as consumers.

I couldn't find any information that they were actually planning to 'produce' this; or even make a prototype. Definitely, NOT, an alternative for the V-1, any primary vehicle, or long range commuter, but a neat little around town 'errand runner', that will keep you dry (except your legs, when you have to stick them out the 'door' at stop lights). It even said the 'roof' would vent to help air circulation in the summer (no AC or electric windows). Something like this could do about 50% of my 'trips'.

Yep, I agree. I think the "V1" is in a class by itself!

Hi,

Iam Pegram designed this vehicle and built a prototype that wasn't quite as polished as the imagery here. He sold it a number of years back. To my knowledge, his friend Roy is still trying to produce his own, but different, version of the reverse enclosed trike called Narrow Streets.
