Sorry if this is a duplicate, but couldn't find it in my search...
What is the V1 going to sound like to someone standing on the side of the road with their eyes closed? (assuming the charging motor isn't running?) Are they going to think "Who's driving a golf cart on the road?"

I'd be willing to bet (at low speeds) it will sound very close to what a Prius does.

I heard the Tesla sounds like a quiet jet, and the Vectrix sounds like a blender!

The only reason golf carts sound like they do is because it is typically very quiet on a golf course and of course your not inside a car. If a golf cart was driving down the street in traffic people would barely hear it.
Now as to what the V1 will sound like, not to sure.

Geez I hope not! My favorite redneck comedian says that that noise is "homo homo homo". =n:

Perhaps the 'answer to your prayers'; install this PA/sound system!
Something I found to add to my 'VogueOne(v.1), training craft', to cover up the wimpy 150cc sound. Might just be an addition to the actual V~1, for those that don't like the 'stock' sound.
This one is a bit more 'upscale' more/better sounds:

I may just have to go with the COGApa. One of the SONGS is "Wild Blue Yonder", the USAF Song!
And with FOUR memory horn selections I can record my "Harley Sounds" for around town, and go 'record' some F-15 'run-up' sounds out at the Air Base, to use when I pass the gate guards entering the local AF Base!
Now to figure WHERE and HOW to mount the horn and the microphone.

Ya know, I really like that idea! (F-15 'run-up' sounds) I gotta look up what the permissable Db level is before ya get busted.

Yeah, lucky I bought a Radio Shack dB meter:

a few years ago to check the sound level of my Ultralight. I'll have to get it out (put in fresh batteries) and make sure I'm legal here in Florida.

How cool! I used to have an ultralight as well, back in the old days.
And thanks for the link. I can use that to measure the noise my idiot next door neighbor makes just to pi$$ me off. The sheriff might actually like that.

Now THIS is what I'm talk'n about!.... (were I talking...)
Seriously though, this is an increadibly awesome... and if I do say, appropriate aftermarket alteration!
