I'm amazed that a naugahyde vehicle is actually being allowed on the road! Didn't one of the automotive museums want to import a Traubant but couldnt because it was made out of resined cardboard and not crash worthy?

I think it is more likely that they are not restricted because they don't plan for them to stay here. My bet is they will be shipped back. Besides, I'm sure they qualify as antique vehicles.
