Ian with a couple of the Carver One's. The one in the foreground is drivable, while the other will be used for testing the updated tilt system and the Alpha hybrid propulsion system.

Ian in the seating buck for the new, roomier interior layout. No, Ian's not heavily into woodgrain trim -- this is just the frame prior to mocking up the interior and instrument elements.

I wonder how tall/big the guy in the back (GIB) is? Looking at the legs/thighs, he appears shorter than Ian. I sure would like to keep the 'legs around' seating option, for those extra long legged passengers. The extra room could be used for 'storage pockets' (or a 'long gun' in the LE (police) model) when you are solo or have a smaller passenger.

I wondered the same thing but look again at the angles. The rear looks shorter but the angles fool you. I think they may be about the same size but I would like a better view.

I agree, poor angle for accurate conclusions. I just took measurements from heel to knee, and knee to hip. I asked Ian on FTR forum if the passenger was taller or shorter than him, perhaps he will answer.
