Just joined the club after months of watching this site and the FTR site.

Been a fan of the VV since I bumbled upon it over a year ago. My impending mid-life crises would be nicely fed with one of those in my garage. I must say however, that from reading this and the other site, I'm trending more toward pessimistic that any of us fans will ever be able to see the dream become reality. (Hope I'm WAY wrong there.)

Kudos to Derwin for this site. Unlike the FTR site, communication seems to be a constant here. That's good. I think most of the trouble with the other site is that there is seemingly very little news trickling down from the top. When that happens, the vacuum can be filled by anyone with an opinion. (Call me Mr. Obvious) I assume that was a contributing factor to the development of this club site.

Anyway, I was born and still live in Indiana, 48, married, 2 daughters, a dog & 2 cats. Grew up on a farm, but college led me to the IU School of Dentistry with a degree in Dental Technology and owning a dental laboratory. Would love to have a VV to drive back and forth to work.

So greetings, all. Hope this journey ends happily.

Welcome, Hoosier, to our little group of enthusiasts! wel;co;m;e101))

Like you, I think I may be suffering a "mid life crises" since I am just turning 43 in a couple days! This vehicle may help us catch a little of our "youth" back. :whoohoo:

As far as the Venture Vehicles project coming to market, I think we can be very sure that it in fact will. It will not be exactly what they originally touted, but it will still be one of the most incredible vehicleS on the road.

Here's to having one on our driveways in the shortest amount of time!

Again, welcome to the club!

You young whippersnappers really make me feel like and old fogie (58)! :( Too late to say that I might be feeding a mid-life thing. I'm just not ready to give up on having some fun along they way. :burning:rubber:

So Hoosier, please join in the dream with us and let's see how far we get. du:n:n:o(
